"I was contacted to be told incorrect billing information, and no one had the courtesy to do more than send an increased bill. Michelle, a little more compassion would have been great April 25, 2025, especially after you discovered everything I stated was accurate. Very disappointed."

"I have been working with Michael as my Agent for over a year now. We all know how time consuming shopping for Home, Auto and motorcycle insurance can be. I reached out to the office over a year ago and Michael was so patient and helped us get to where we were comfortable with the premiums and great coverage for our Autos and Motorcycle. We had to wait until this year to add our home. They saved us over $400 a year on our home insurance premium, which in turn brought down our auto premiums. I would definitely recommend Michael at Kristin Vincent State Farm Insurance. The entire staff at the office are very friendly and they truly care about helping people get the best possible rate.
